The dictionary defines the word “jubilant” as “feeling or showing great joy, satisfaction, or triumph; rejoicing; exultant.” This is the response to God’s deliverance described by the Psalmist.

Because we are completely shielded and protected by our God, we can rejoice. With jubilant joy we can sing and proclaim He is good.
