Need to Replenish?
Announcing our next study starting on Monday, July 14th.
That day changed everything. Up to that point in my life, I had skipped along with childlike innocence and optimism. Everything was possible. I had big dreams for the future, and I was excited about what was to come.
But then, my world came crashing down, and everything crumbled into pieces. All around me, the people I loved most in the world were in deep pain, and I had no idea how to fix it. Instead of looking forward to “what was in store,” I was filled with anxiety and confusion. The idyllic “Eden” of my youth evaporated, and a barren emptiness threatened to break wide open the foundation under my feet and swallow me up into a pit of despair.
Thankfully, I had a dear friend who reminded me of a reality that would not fail me: The God of Redemption was still in charge, and He had promised to fully restore all that the enemy had disrupted.
His steadfast love will always supply what we lack if we will only choose to invite Him to lead our lives.
Friend, only the Divine Author determines our destiny. Genesis was where all of our stories began, and looking back at its pages helps us understand why our world is so broken. Our weary hearts need to rest in the goodness of a glorious Creator who saw what was formless and empty and said, “Let there be light.”
Just as the Spirit of God hovered over the waters on day one of Creation, His power still moves in our lives today. He breathes life and peace over what the world has filled with desolation and disorder. The Almighty fills up the void with His all-sufficient grace as we trust in His goodness.
Genesis reminds us that the Lord reigns over all of Creation. He has made us in His image and placed us here for a beautiful purpose. As His appointed caregivers, we’ve been commissioned to “be fruitful” and to “replenish” the earth.
Yes, sin has made a mess of things, but God still can speak and create whatever He pleases in our lives. He sees our pain and reaches down with His grace to fully restore us as we humbly seek His salvation.
His grace covers our sin and takes away our shame.
His grace brings reconciliation and peace that overcomes all the conflict and chaos.
The God whose grace replenishes you will provide all that you require to thrive on this side of eternity.
Replenished. Filled. Satisfied. Completely Supplied. Lacking Nothing.
His grace will always fill up your empty spaces with His goodness as you surrender your all and follow Him.
Let’s spend 50 days reading Genesis and fill up with God’s goodness. We’ll ask our gracious Creator to replenish what we lack and empower us to live fulfilled.
Our study starts July 14th.
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (Genesis 1:28, KJV)
